Information you submit

The consultation form asks for your name and phone number, optional email, preferred destination, study level, journey stage and message. When you agree and submit, these details and the time of your consent are saved so Imperia can respond to your request.

Information kept on your device

Saved universities, comparison selections, checklist progress and your motion preference may be stored in your browser. They are not automatically sent to Imperia. You can clear them using the website controls or your browser’s site-data settings.

Website operation

The server uses your network address temporarily to limit repeated form submissions. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may keep operational access and security logs.

How submitted information is used

Information is used to respond to your study inquiry and arrange follow-up. An inquiry is not an application to a university and does not automatically send your details to an institution. When email delivery is enabled, the submitted form details are processed by our email delivery provider, Resend, and sent to Imperia’s Gmail inbox so our team can respond. Email services may process information outside Nepal. A legacy reference-only notification service, if configured instead, receives only the inquiry reference and time.

Retention and access

Website inquiry records are removed from the active inquiry database after 180 days. Staff may have separate correspondence relating to an ongoing service; ask Imperia about the handling of those records. Hosting backups follow the operator’s backup schedule.

Your choices

Do not include passport numbers, financial documents or other sensitive records in the message field. To ask about your inquiry, request correction or deletion, or withdraw permission to contact you, email info.imperiaedu@gmail.com or call +977 9714530260 and quote your inquiry reference if available.

External websites

The contact-page map loads Google Maps, which may process your network address and browser information under Google’s privacy practices. University, social-media and WhatsApp links open services with their own privacy practices. Opening a link does not automatically submit your inquiry to those services.
